What if I receive a damaged shipment?

You can just log in to your account on our website, go to Orders, Select the order number for which you are looking for and you will get the updated status for your order.

We accept both Prepaid online payment and COD (Cash on Delivery). COD is optional and depends on product type and amount. All online payments are well secured. Prosafe does not have access to any credit card information. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, UPI and Paytm Wallet.

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its expenditure limit or a server problem either on our end or your bank’s end. Contact our Customer Service if you encounter any such problems. Please provide them with the error message number you may have received and your order number from the shopping cart.

Select the Buy/Add to Cart button on any product page within our site to begin a new order.

Prosafe has listed all the products but there can be some products which may not be available and are Out Of Stock at the time of order. All these products will display the Out Of Stock message and will not be added in the cart.

We offer cancellations only on products that have not yet shipped. Please contact Customer Service and have your order number available. Also, Check Cancellation Policy.

You cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. You need to call us and if the order is not yet shipped we can try to help with the new address as per the availability of courier services for the new location.
